Using the Mixing Color Palettes

The mixing color palettes allow you to manually mix different colors. Mixing color palettes are located on the palette tabs P4 and P5, unless you have loaded a new palette to that tab. If so, you can either reset the color palette or right- click on a tab and load a mixing color palette.

The mixing color palette starts with a row of colors and the rest are blank.

This row can be changed by selecting a color and right-clicking on the spot that you wish to place it. The top row will not get mixed and will remain the same unless it is changed.

To mix colors in the mixing color palette, click on a color to select it and then right-click. You can also right-click, hold, and drag over the blank spaces.

To mix in another color, select the desired color, and right-click. Or you can right-click, hold, and drag over the spaces that you wish to mix.

All of your mixing, within the mixing color palette, will remain here even if you close the program. To clear out what you have mixed, you can reset the color palette or reload the color palette.

The mixing palette that is shown is titled Mixer-Blend. You can also use the palette titled Mixer-Airbrush. This palette is used the same, but uses an airbrush effect.

Another mixer palette is titled Mixer-Splat. This palette is used the same way except you cannot drag in it. Instead, you splat colors by right-clicking.
