Layers

Layers let you split your work into logical groups that allow for incredible editing and adjustment options--even during the final stages of your painting.

Painting on a layer is like painting an individual sheet of clear glass. The areas that aren't painted show through to the layer below or above. Whatever you place on a layer doesn't permanently affix to what is below or atop that layer until you flatten the layers and merge them together.

TwistedBrush offers a wide range of layer blending modes, including many that aren’t available in other digital-painting programs.
